Buy Top Quality ASTM A182 F304/304L/304H Elbows, Socket Weld & Threaded Coupling, Union, Plug at Best Prices - 1/8″to 4″ Inch.

Creative Piping stands as a premier manufacturer and supplier, offering an extensive array of SS 304, 304L, and 304H forged threaded and socket weld fittings. Our product line encompasses a diverse range including 90°/45°/Street Elbows, Equal/Reducing/Lateral Tees, Crosses, Full/Half/Reducing Couplings, End Caps, Bosses, Adapters, Bushings, Hex/Square Head/Bull Plugs, Hex/Swage Pipe Nipples, and Reducer Inserts, with sizes ranging from 1/8" to 4". With pressure ratings spanning from 2000 LBS to 9000 LBS, our fittings are engineered to ensure robust performance across a spectrum of industrial applications.

Designed to endure challenging environments, our SS 304, 304L, and 304H forged threaded and socket weld fittings boast remarkable heat resistance, making them well-suited for deployment in corrosive and high-temperature settings. Notably, they exhibit good oxidation resistance in intermittent service up to 870°C and in continuous service up to 925°C. However, prolonged use in the 425-860°C range is discouraged if subsequent aqueous corrosion resistance is paramount. Through meticulous heat treatment processes, including Solution Treatment (Annealing) wherein the fittings are heated to 1010-1120°C and rapidly cooled, we enhance their mechanical properties, ensuring longevity and reliability in demanding operations.

01 Differences between SS 304, 304L, and 304H?

  1. SS 304 is a basic austenitic stainless steel alloy with 18% chromium and 8% nickel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and formability.
  2. SS 304L is a low-carbon variation of SS 304, minimizing carbide precipitation during welding and suitable for applications where high temperatures are involved.
  3. SS 304H is a high-carbon variant of SS 304, designed for high-temperature applications where creep resistance is essential.

There are two types of forged fittings that is threaded or screwed fittings and socket weld fittings. Common types include elbows, tees, couplings, unions, crosses, caps, plugs, and reducers, among others, catering to various piping requirements.

  1. Excellent corrosion resistance, even in harsh environments.
  2. High strength and durability, ensuring long-term performance.
  3. Versatility in applications due to their resistance to a wide range of chemicals and temperatures.
  4. Easy to install and maintain, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
  5. These fittings find extensive use in industries such as chemical processing, food processing, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, oil and gas, and many more where corrosion resistance and durability are paramount.

Yes, they are compatible with a wide range of piping materials, including other stainless steel grades, carbon steel, and various alloys, allowing for versatile use in piping systems.

ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) standards such as ASTM A182 for forged fittings and ASTM A403 for wrought fittings typically apply to ensure quality and performance.
